Apple has today released iOS 18.4.1, iPadOS 18.4.1, macOS Sequoia 15.4.1, and tvOS 18.4.1, bringing bug fixes and security updates, including for vulnerabilities that Apple believes may have been actively exploited.
As these updates were not distributed to external testers prior to their release, we do not have any information on whether they contain any accessibility fixes for blind, def blind, or low vision users at the time of writing. However, as these updates appear to have been released to address a small number of specific issues, we do not expect them to contain any such fixes.

To install macOS Sequoia 15.4.1, choose System Settings from the Apple menu, select General in the table, click Software Update in the scroll area, and click the Update Now button to begin the update process. If other updates are available, you can click the Info button to see details about them and select specific updates to install.
To install tvOS 18.4.1, on Apple TV 4K or Apple TV HD, go to the Settings channel, then look for the System section near the bottom. From here, look for Software Updates under Maintenance, then select Update Software and Download and Install. Wait for your Apple TV to download the update. Don't disconnect or unplug your Apple TV until the update completes.

Chat GPT bug is still here
Yeah.... Great!
Plesent surprise to users of ipad OS with a keyboard.
I have an ipad with a keyboard with ipad OS 18.3, I noticed a bug where single letter quicknav, similar to single key quicknav on macos, being almost unusable, where if you try to navigate with anything it will say x not found, although if you use the command that uses Vo+cmd+h, for headings for example it works fine, I wrote an email to apple accessibility and almost sent, but I thought, just to be sure, lets update.
I wasn’t optamistic, but I was plesently surprised.
It’s fixed, and it works even better than macos does, somehow, if you have an ipad with a keyboard and you’ve struggled with this problem, update and have fun, it makes a drastic difference in my opinion.
Although. Since I made a jump from ipad OS 18.3 to 18.4.1 I’m not sure if it’s a fix on the latest or it was fixed since an older version, but just to be sure I thought to comment here to let people know.
